1.                  Seek medical attention immediately / consult the first aid officer

2.                  Report injury to your supervisor immediately, complete the injury claim for and notify Access HR as soon as possible.

3.                  Seek further medical treatment as required.  It is vital you receive prompt and correct treatment.
